Do I need to download an app?
-No. Our process is very quick and easy. Simply scan the sticker or keychain and follow the steps.
 

How long does it take to set up my sticker?
-Less than a minute! You’ll have your sticker or keychain configured and your item protected in no time.

If I buy 5 stickers/keychains, do they all have the same QR code?
-No, each sticker has its own unique QR code. This allows you to assign different rewards based on the item.
For example, you might offer a higher reward for a lost phone than for a set of keys.

How can I update my information after setting it up?
-It’s very simple. After your setup is complete, you’ll see an “Edit” button in the top left corner. Click it and enter
  the PIN you created earlier. Once entered, you’ll be able to update your information anytime.

Is offering a reward required?
-Not at all. It’s completely optional and simply encourages people to return the item. If you choose not to offer
a reward, the message will just politely ask the finder to return the item. It will never display “$0 reward.”

Is it safe?
-Yes. Only your first name and phone number will be visible so the finder can contact you. There’s no need to
provide your last name or home address.
Plus, all data is stored on one of the most secure servers available.

 

Where can I place the stickers?
-Anywhere you like! Here are some of the most common uses among our customers: phone, passport,
suitcase, AirPods, wallet, laptop, tablet, keys, water bottles...

 

If I find a product with a Scan & Find QR code, is the reward guaranteed?
-Scan & Find is not responsible for this part, as explained in our privacy policy. The transaction is a private
agreement between the owner and the finder. We do not mediate or profit from it. Both parties must
coordinate directly to meet or arrange a delivery.
